7 Day Returns

If you have purchased a product from our web store, you can return it within 7 days of purchase if:
  • The item is unused with the original tags still attached; and
  • In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

All returns must be accompanied with an order number so it can be identified once we receive it. This order number can be found on your tax invoice issued to you at the time of purchase. If you are unsure of your order number, please contact us first and we will do our best to locate it.

How to make a return or exchange

  • Ensure that the item meets the criteria listed above;
  • Customer should bear the Return or Exchange Shipping cost;
  • Enter your full name, order number, phone number and email address in the form below;
  • In “message” field, indicate whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. If you would prefer an exchange, please ensure that you provide us with additional information such new size and/or colour; and
  • Once form has been submitted, place your item in a post bag along with a note containing your full name, phone number and the order number, and send to: Arnate Returns, 22, Caratel Crescent, MARAYONG, NSW 2148

Returns Policy – Website Only Purchases

If you need to return an item, please fill in the return form above with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. For change of mind reasons, including selecting wrong sizes or colours, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. You can choose to receive a full refund or replacement. Please note that the cost of the postage / return is your responsibility. Change of mind returns exclude discounted or on sale merchandise. Our returns policy does not cover wear and tear or any damage caused by misuse. Please note that we do not accept returns for monogrammed items.

You are entitled to your choice of a replacement or full refund if the item purchased is faulty. This entitlement covers both full price and discounted merchandise. In this scenario, we will also cover your return postage cost using our reply paid, Australia Post service.

All returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase or receipt clearly showing your name, contact details, date of the order and contents of the order.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of us receiving your package. We strongly recommend that any returns are sent via a registered post service as we will not be responsible for any lost items.

We offer free shipping Australia wide.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days using Australia Post parcel service (during busier periods, orders may take up to 3 business days). This service includes a tracking number.

Orders bound for New Zealand incur a flat fee of AUD$14.95.

Orders bound for other destinations incur a flat fee of AUD$14.95.

It is important to note that any duties or government charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
