7 Day Returns
- The item is unused with the original tags still attached; and
- In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
All returns must be accompanied with an order number so it can be identified once we receive it. This order number can be found on your tax invoice issued to you at the time of purchase. If you are unsure of your order number, please contact us first and we will do our best to locate it.
How to make a return or exchange
- Ensure that the item meets the criteria listed above;
- Customer should bear the Return or Exchange Shipping cost;
- Enter your full name, order number, phone number and email address in the form below;
- In “message” field, indicate whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. If you would prefer an exchange, please ensure that you provide us with additional information such new size and/or colour; and
- Once form has been submitted, place your item in a post bag along with a note containing your full name, phone number and the order number, and send to: Arnate Returns, 22, Caratel Crescent, MARAYONG, NSW 2148
